Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) has been engaged by Building Management and Works (BMW) to deliver a range of Maintenance Services across several government agencies, primarily for sites located within the Perth Metropolitan and Peel Regions.
In order to meet its obligations under the Maintenance Services Arrangement (MSA), PFM will be seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Subcontractors to undertake Fire Services Routine Maintenance, Breakdown Repairs, Low Value Maintenance and Projects for specific sites within the following agencies:
* Department of Culture and the Arts
* Department of Education
* Department of Justice
* Department of Training and Workforce Development
* Main Roads Western Australia
The extent of services will include but not be limited to:
* EWIS / Evacuation Systems
* Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
* Fire Doors
* Fire Sprinkler Systems
* Fire Hose Reels
* Fire Hydrants
* Portable Fire Equipment - Blankets and Extinguishers
* Pumps - Diesel and Electric
* Smoke Barriers
* Smoke Exhaust Systems
* Stair Pressurisation Systems
* Suppression Systems
It is anticipated that the Request for Tender will be released on Friday, 13th April 2018.
