Environmental Data and Utility Bill Management System

⁠⁠⁠The City of Ryde (Council) is seeking quotations for suitably qualified and experienced firms or persons to supply, implement and maintain a web-based Environmental Data and Utility Bill Management Software System for the City of Ryde. This software system subscription period will be for 12 month subscription period with two x 12 month optional subscription periods.

Detailed information on Functional and Non-functional requirements for the Software System are provided in Schedule 13.

Key requirements include a hosted or web-based system capable of meeting various:
* Data Management Requirements
* Billing/Financial Management Requirements (related to Council energy and water accounts)
* Reporting Requirements (including quarterly, annual and adhoc reporting of energy/water and GHG emissions)
* Communication and software requirements
* Compliance and emission factor requirements
* Customer Service, Training and Support Requirements
* Security and Control Requirements
