Tender Description
Mapoon Aboriginal Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the building and civil works associated with the construction, fit out, and connection to services of 8 steel framed units for the Mapoon Accommodation Facility.
Works will comprise of:
* Construction, fit out and connection to services of 8 steel framed accommodation units (steel framed kits provided by Council)
* Civil works including fencing, landscaping, erosion and sediment control, minor filling, drainage and concrete works.
The successful contractor will be required to engage a significant portion of the Mapoon Aboriginal Council workforce to assist with the construction of these works.
