Registration of Interest
Expressions of Interest are invited from building contractors for the construction of a Multi-Purpose Centre at Bethany Lutheran Primary School, Raceview.
The building comprises three flexible learning areas, storage and music practice areas, with undercover area and connecting link totalling 730 sqm.
Construction is scheduled to commence June 2018. Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees.
Submissions are to be emailed in the first instance to the below address and received by Monday 16th April 2018.
