Provision of Verge Waste Collection Services

The Contract is for three verge waste collections per year consisting of:
* One general waste verge collection (maximum of two cubic metres per residential property); and
* Two green waste verge collections (maximum of three cubic metres per residential property).

The City is split into eight collection areas with the Contractor allocated one week to complete the collection within each area.

The Contractor is not required to collect verge waste from commercial properties or vacant land.

A mandatory briefing of the proposed Works will commence at the Millar Road Landfill Facility at 10:00am on Thursday, 12 April 2018 and will take approximately 1 hour.

Tenders close at 2pm, Thursday, 26 April 2018 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.

Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 9 April 2018.

Collection methods - The tender documentation can be downloaded by visiting the City's website, www.rockingham.wa.gov.au/tenders. Click on "Request Document" for the required Tender and complete the information and click on "Submit" and a summary page will be able to be downloaded, which will contain the link to the Tender documentation.

The submission of tenders via Facsimile or Electronic Mail will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will lead to automatic disqualification.
