Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in being included on the Preferred Contractors List for minor works and maintenance for the 2018-2019 financial year.

The Tender is to prepare a short list of Council’s preferred contractors that will be engaged in performing minor works up to a value of $20,000 (inc GST). Contractors that should apply include, but are not limited to, those who provide the following services:-

• Air conditioning services

• Arborist/tree removal/stump grinding

• Automatic door maintenance

• Asbestos identification reports and demolition

• Audio Visual Equipment Supply

• Brick/block layers

• Carpenters

• Catering

• Cleaners

• Communications and data services

• Concreters

• Digital Marketing

• Electricians (including industrial)

• Event hire services

• Fencing/Guardrail

• Fire Maintenance

• Floor Cleaning (Carpet dry cleaning)

• Floor Covering Installers

• Glaziers

• Gardening / Landscaping / Revegetation

• Graphic Design

• Grant and Funding Services

• Information Tech.

• Irrigation

• Landscapers

• Lift Maintenance

• Locksmiths

• Metal fabricators (including stainless steel)

• Painters

• Plasterers

• Plumbers/gas fitters

• Printing/Signage

• Professional Consulting (Engineering/Legal/Geotechnical/Contaminated Land)

• Trade waste plumbing

• Security installers

• Registered Surveyors

• Utility Locaters

• Water Asset Monitoring

• Weed Spraying

The Preferred Contractors List will be used by Council to contact appropriate contractors to carry out minor works as the need arises.

Closing: 4.00 pm on Tuesday 1 May 2018.

Interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal to download the quotation document at no charge.

Failure to do so will result in the submission not being considered by Council.
