Request for Expressions of Interest: Kingston Park Prime Development Site Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from developers for development opportunities within the Kingston Park site; an 11 hectare parcel of land within central Kingston, Tasmania; that is to be developed for a mix of residential, commercial, community and recreational purposes. This will contribute to the continued growth and revitalisation of central Kingston.

Expressions of Interest close at 5pm on Wednesday 9th May 2018.

As the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) documents include information that has not been released publicly the REOI is being issued as a Private Request, with interested parties required to execute a Confidentiality Deed Poll prior to being invited to download the private request.

The Confidentiality Deed Poll and other general information that may assist in deciding whether to complete that deed may be downloaded through this notice. Parties wishing to download the full REOI documents will need to fully complete and execute the Confidentiality Deed Poll and send by email to kingstonparktas@navire.com. Parties that return a correctly completed Confidentiality Deed Poll will receive an invitation to download the Private Request documents.
