Operation and Management of the Middlemount Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠IRCT2045-0318-114 - The Middlemount Public Swimming Pool is an aquatic facility provided for all community use by Council in the Isaac Region. The facility has (1) 50m swimming pool with 6 lanes, a wading pool, a kiosk, swim club house and typical pool facilities. Council seeks to engage competent and qualified personnel to manage and operate the pool, ensuring a safe environment and an attractive facility for clubs and the general public at a reasonable cost, as set out in the Councils Schedule of Fees and Charges. Offers for the establishment of a new lease agreement are invited.
