Provision of Programmed Street Tree Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Programmed Street Tree Management Services contract is one of 4 contracts for tree maintenance in Maroondah. The others being:

• Reactive Tree Maintenance
• Supply, Plant and Formative Pruning
• Consultant Arborist (proactive tree inspections, data collection and audit of programmed street tree maintenance)

The Programmed Street Tree Management Services contract generally covers:

a) Assessment of trees by knowledgeable work crews, who then undertake the required work.

b) Undertaking routine proactive tree maintenance, working across city zones in a methodical way so that all trees are visited on a two-year cycle, and all necessary maintenance work is undertaken to keep the trees within Specification at all times. 

Compulsory Pre-Tender Briefing
Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory pre-tender briefing before submitting a tender. The pre-tender briefing will be held on 9 April 2018 at Maroondah City Offices, Braeside Avenue, Ringwood (Melway Ref. 50 A7) at 2.00 pm.
