Undertake a Business Case & Master Plan for the Logistics & Industrial Hub

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Consultants to provide specialised logistics and industrial consultancy services to undertake a business case, master plan and associated documentation for Narrabri Shire Council in accordance with the Tender Design Brief.

The tender will be a Lump Sum tender in accordance with the Item Rates tendered in the Itemised Fee Proposal and will not be subject to rise and fall.

The contract shall be administered in accordance with this Tender Design Brief and Australian Standard 4122-2010 General Conditions of Contract for Consultants.
