Tender Description
DCS222 - The Department for Correctional Services (DCS) is seeking quotations for the provision of services to conduct a formative and summative evaluation of ‘The Arches’, a DCS-funded / NGO-delivered Bail Accommodation Support Program established in May 2017.
The Arches provides:
* Accommodation services for alleged offenders on bail orders referred by the courts;
* Case management and support to assist participants to meet bail conditions; and
* Support for participants to transition to stable community based accommodation.
It is envisaged that the evaluation will be undertaken by an organisation/individual with extensive evaluation experience and relevant subject matter expertise.
