Tender Description
The City of Kalamunda is inviting tenders for the following:
RFT 1804 Provision of General Building Maintenance and Minor Works.
City of Kalamunda requires the services of suitably resourced and experienced contractor or contractors to undertake the provision of general building maintenance and minor works for various categories see below to the City of Kalamunda owned building assets.
The contract includes the following four sub-categories:
- General Building Maintenance and Minor Works including minor demolition and construction works, masonry works, carpentry and cabinetry works, plastering, tiling, general repairs, fencing and painting;
- General Pest Control Services includes pest inspections, reporting and placement of pest controls;
- General Glazing Services includes reactive and planned maintenance services; and
- Roofing and Gutter Works include annual scheduled gutter cleaning, reactive maintenance, providing roof reports as well as testing and tagging of roof anchor points.
Deadline for tenders to be submitted is no later than 2.00pm AWST Tuesday 17 April 2018.
