⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies and organisations who would like to partner with Council in the master planning and development of this strategic beachside site.

The parcel is located half way between Byron Bay and Suffolk Park offering 7.76 ha ( 18 ac ) of remediated coastal land currently zoned RU2, DM and W1.

This site is not for sale.
