Tender Description
RTA Weipa Pty Ltd (the company) owns and operates a large-scale bauxite mine in Weipa on Cape York, in Far North Queensland. The mine is a residential operation and employees are housed locally.
Commercial Infrastructure is a business unit of the Company, and is responsible for the supply of land suitable for development and for the provision and management of employee housing.
The Company is seeking the development of high quality, regionally appropriate housing (15 four-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom properties) within the Golf Links Estate (Stage II) with attractive lease back arrangements.
