11 Antares Street, Southern Cross is a 708m2 commercially zoned property with a retail/ office building of 248m2 containing 4 separate offices/ shops and a 3x1 residential dwelling (89m2) to the rear. The block is situated in the central retail area of Southern Cross.

Tenders are to be lodged either in person in the Tender Box at the Shire Office, 23 Antares Street, Southern Cross or mailed to PO Box 86, Southern Cross, WA 6426, or emailed to: ea@yilgarn.wa.gov.au no later than 4.00 pm on Tuesday 8th May 2018. Late tenders will not be accepted.
