Tender for Lease of Waste Transfer Station Site at 271 Collier Road, Bayswater WA

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are being sought for a long term lease (10 years plus 5 plus 5 year options for extension) of a commercial site owned by the City of Bayswater, a metropolitan local government in WA located approximately 8 kms east of the Perth CBD.

The site has been operating as a waste transfer station since 1981 and will be offered as such, however offers will also be considered for alternative uses of the site. The site is located on a major access route and is zoned Metropolitan Region Scheme Zone Industrial; and City of Bayswater General Industry.

The site will be offered with all infrastructure apart from the processing equipment within the material recycling facility and weighbridge, both of which are owned by the current operator.
