Tender Description
Works under this Contract shall comprise, but not limited to the following:
- Supply and erection of temporary fencing to comply with AS 4687-200,
- Site preparation within construction areas,
- Survey set out of construction areas,
- Earthworks and Fine grading within construction areas,
- Supply and Installation of concrete paths and hardstands,
- Supply, preparation and Installation of timber logs,
- Supply and installation of limestone walls and edgings,
- Supply and Installation of sand softfall,
- Supply and spreading of pine bark softfall (playground areas),
- Supply and installation of playground equipment,
- Supply and Installation of playground elements (some optional items),
- Supply and Installation of park type furniture,
- Supply and Installation of shade sail (some optional items),
- Installation of park sign wall,
- Playground Audits (during construction and post installation),
- Maintenance throughout the 12 week Consolidation Period,
- As constructed drawings,
- Handover to the City of Wanneroo
