Inspection of WCC Intercepting Sewer

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the the inspection of four sections of the intercepting sewer pipeline in Wellington City. The sections are contiguous and total approximately 3,230 metres in length.

The inspection is to include:
1. CCTV footage with laser profiling of each pipe section
2. Identify areas with internal pipe wall degradations and debris build ups including distances from known manhole entry points
3. Measurement of pipe wall degradation (loss of internal wall thickness) caused by sewer gasses and extent of the pipe degradation
4. Level and extent of debris build up within the sewer (sonar measurement) including estimated volumes

All the manholes in the drawings have been accessed within the last 12 months and are confirmed clear and accessible.

The Works are generally within the Wellington CBD and will require traffic management and potentially restricted hours.
