Tender Description
The scope works are as described within this Request for Tender (RFT) - (including the drawings) and includes the following:
* Compliance with this RFT including all codes, statutory authorities, building certifier directions and directions provided through the Superintendent.
* Required earthworks removal and filling to create building platforms and pavement areas to the design levels.
* Construction of 3 level Police Station Building.
* Construction of Watch House Building incorporating a central chiller plant.
* Construction of Community Hall (Separable Part).
* Construction of Services Building including Internal Electrical Substation complete with stand by generator provision
* Construction of new Covered Parking Areas.
* Construction of new fencing, gates, signs, pathways, flag poles and other external features.
* Construction of new pavements and kerbing.
* Construction of new stormwater drainage systems.
* Provide new services including connections to the buildings including power, water, sewer and communications.
* Provide landscaping including adjustment of ground levels where required, concrete features, concrete pathways, plantings, mulching to garden beds and top soil/grassing to the extent shown on the drawings.
* Connections to all required services external to the site including power, water, sewer, communications, stormwater.
* Works external to the site including landscaping and paving to Temple Terrace and Kettle Street road reserves
* Provide CCTV works external to site as a provisional sum.
* Provision of all deliverables as required by the RFT and drawings including all necessary and required statutory approvals
