Request for Proposal: Mushroom Industry Benchmarking 2016-17 to 2017-18

⁠⁠⁠Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Mushroom industry benchmarking 2016-17 to 2017-18 (MU16006).

The objectives of the services being sought are to help Hort Innovation and the mushroom industry determine and report on priority benchmarking parameters to establish industry best practice and competitive advantage.

This project seeks to establish priority benchmarking data for the mushroom industry to ensure that industry and growers have a clear understanding on the metrics of best practise that are crucial to supporting continued performance and business sustainability. In addition, the project findings will help industry understand and form communication messaging regarding competitive advantages in existing production practise regarding conversion of resource inputs throughout the production cycle.
