Tender Description
Gold Coast Hospital and Helath Service requires the services of specialist suppliers to provide adequate facilities and support in transitional care of public patients in line with the quality standards detailed in the Aged Care Act 1997 and Transition Care Program Guidelines 2014.
The HHS has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
* Identifying potential Supplier(s) to provide services relating to transition care of GCPRINCIPAL clients as governed by the Aged Care Act 1997 and Transition Care Program Guidelines 2014
* Evaluate offers addressing defined criteria relevant to the required services, and
* Ensuring value for money, industry best practice and enhanced social services are achieved through an invitation to offer approach.
Key dates relating to the ItO include:
* Briefing session - 9:00am, 27 March 2018 (Queensland standard time)
* Closing date for questions - 5:00pm, 30 March 2018 (Queensland standard time)
* Offer closing date - 5:00pm, 6 April 2018 (Queensland standard time).
