Proposed Lease of Pound Paddock

⁠⁠⁠Council is calling for expressions of interest from interested parties for a 12-month lease of part lots 4 and 5 Section 11 DP 758803 also known as Pound Paddock, corner Hoskings and Oatley Street, Nyngan NSW. The lease will be conditional in that the allowed usage will be limited to grazing.

Expressions of interest, indicating proposed usage, rental offer and any other relevant information are to be submitted to The General Manager, Bogan Shire, PO Box 221, Nyngan NSW 2825 or emailed to admin@bogan.nsw.gov.au by 4.00 pm on Wednesday 28 March 2018.
