The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) has a facility located at 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba. The Tor Street facility comprises a number of administration buildings, laboratories, glasshouses, workshops, sheds and a conference centre which are occupied by government employees during daylight operating hours.

The Department requires the services of a suitably experienced and licenced waste management contractor for the provision of waste management at the Tor Street facility. The services will include general waste, recycling and horticultural waste disposal on a scheduled basis. Additional services such as skip bins and chemical disposal may be requested as necessary.
