The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries has a facility located at 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba. The Tor Street facility comprises a number of administration buildings, laboratories, glasshouses, workshops, sheds and a conference centre which are occupied by government employees during daylight operating hours. The conference centre can be booked by external clients and on occasion these bookings are in the early evening.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries require the services of suitably experienced and licenced security professionals for the provision of after-hours security services at the Tor Street facility. The services will include out of hours security patrols and response to alarms. In the provision of these services, it is imperative that the contractor maintains contact with the Facility Manager to ensure that issues arising out of hours are addressed promptly.
