The City of Ryde (Council) is seeking quality service providers to provide professional, reliable and cost effective plumbing and gas fitting services in order to meet the outcomes of this Contract. Council expects the service provider(s) to provide best practices, techniques and methodologies during the term of the contract. The proposed arrangements will service the geographic local government area of the City of Ryde.

The contract will commence on 1 July 2018 for a period of 3 year/s with an end date of 30 June 2021. The contract will then have an option to extend for a further 2 year/s period until 2023 by mutual agreement and subject to the contractor/s satisfactory performance.

Council has been actively establishing supply agreements for various products and services that meet the need of Council and its customers. These collective supply arrangements allows the market place to take advantage of a higher volume of supply, providing a range of benefits and offsets that we anticipate will in turn provide us with cost effective supply solutions whilst maintaining a high degree of quality and satisfaction.

Contractors to note the City of Ryde will hold one compulsory pre-tender meeting on Thursday 29 March 2018, 10.00 am at City of Ryde Operations Centre 1 Constitution Rd, Ryde NSW 2112. Contractors to note an attendee register will be present and will form part of the evaluation process. Pre-registration to attend the pre-tender meeting is to be submitted by no later than 5.00 pm Monday 26 March 2018 to Council Mechanical and Essential Services Co-ordinator Mr Scott Harrison at SHarrison@ryde.nsw.gov.au.
