Skytek Pty Ltd is calling for tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced builders and or demolition professionals, registered with the Queensland Building Construction Commission (“QBCC”).
Work involves the demolition and removal of a Hanger and Office Complex located at:
Hangar 10
Tom McDonald Drive
General Aviation
Cairns QLD 4870.
Interested parties must register an expression of interest to participate, and also provide a complete resume of experience over the past 10 years, along with copies of building licenses, the company’s OHS policies and a summary of accidents and incidents including Lost Time Injuries over the past 5 years.
Qualified applicants are able to present a proposal for the acquisition and removal of the facility and or the removal of the facility for re-erection by Skytek at an alternate site. All works will be governed by contract in which operational parameters specific to an airport environment will be detailed.
