Design & Construct - Cardiff Senior Citizens Hall Alterations

⁠⁠⁠Lake Macquarie City council is seeking tenders for the design and construction of modifications to Cardiff Senior Citizens Hall located at 52 Harrison Street, Cardiff. The multi-purpose facility requires an internal upgrade to suit current usage and to reduce asset maintenance costs associated with aging infrastructure.

Requirements of the tender include the preparation of design documentation followed by the construction. Elements of the works include asbestos removal, office and amenities fitout, lighting upgrade.

MANDATORY: Pre-Tender Meetings - Two MANDATORY pre-tender meetings will be held and failure to attend one of these shall result in the tender not being considered:

Closing Date and Time: Tender close at 2.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of tender close) on Tuesday, 17 April 2018 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Late submissions are not accepted.
