Panel of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Plant and Equipment

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Ashburton (the “Principal”) is seeking to establish a Panel of Pre-Qualified suppliers of Plant and Equipment (the “Panel”) hire to assist with various works within the Principal’s boundaries, including but not limited to the townships of Onslow, Tom Price, Paraburdoo, and on rural roads throughout the Shire and for an initial period of twenty four (24) months from the appointment of the Panel, with the option of an extension for a further 12 months at the discretion of the principal.

The required plant and equipment has been grouped into the following six categories. Tenders are requested to nominate for pre-qualification for one or more categories.

A) Earthmoving

B) Cartage

C) Compaction Plant

D) Water Cart

E) Labour Hire

F) Ancillary Items

A minimum of three suppliers will be appointed under each of the above categories. The Principal will scope out individual projects/programs of works. All pre-qualified suppliers will then be requested to quote on each individual project/ program of work. The request for quotation will be based on various criteria, set by the Principal, at the time of issuing the request.

Tenders are invited and will be received until 2.00pm (WST) Wednesday 4 April 2018.

The tender opening will be open to the public at the Shire of Ashburton Administration Centre at 2.00pm (WST) Wednesday 4 April 2018.
