The successful Tenderer will be required to undertake maintenance works and other services required by the Department as described in the RFT documentation and which include:
* Mechanical Maintenance Works;
* Fire Maintenance Services;
* Electrical Maintenance Works;
* Hydraulic Maintenance Works;
* Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Works;
* Building Structures and Components Maintenance Works;
* Cleaning and Waste Management Services;
* Landscape and Horticultural Maintenance Works;
* Vermin and Pest Control Works;
* Management of Assets;
* Maintenance of Assets (including Handyman Works);
* Accommodation and concierge services;
* Specialist services, including engineering inspections; and
* Additional Works.
