ROCKHAMPTON NORTHERN ACCESS UPGRADE (RNAU) PROJECT

Prequalified TMR Road Construction Contractors at levels R4/B3/F50 and above are invited to tender for Rockhampton Northern Access Upgrade (RNAU) project on the Bruce Highway.

Works involve the duplication of the Bruce Highway in an urban environment from Yeppoon Road to North of Terranova Drive.  Roadworks include earthworks, lightly bound pavement (pug mill and paving operations), pit and pipe stormwater drainage, cross culvert drainage, bridge approaches, guardrail, road surfacing, road lighting and traffic signals, noise fencing, accommodation works to affected private properties and liaison and coordination of PUP Contractors.  Bridge works include construction of 2 bridges across Limestone Creek with PSC piles, construction of 2 bridges at Ramsay Creek with CIP piles, demolition of existing Ramsay Creek Bridge and potential demolition of existing Limestone Creek Bridge.

A mandatory Pre-lodgement meeting will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 27th March 2018, at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Rockhampton Office located at 31 Knight Street, North Rockhampton, QLD 4701.

Tenderers are advised that the Queensland Charter for Local Content, Building Code 2016 and Queensland Code apply to this tender.
