Supply and Installation of Christmas Decorations

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery, hire, installation and dismantling of Christmas decorations throughout the Local Government area.

Tenderers are requested to provide prices for a basket of typical decorations. The prices for these items shall be used to form a view as to the Tenderer that will provide best value for money. All prices provided will be used during the course of the Contract should Council order the particular items that have been priced.

Prices are required for decorations which include pole units, free standing LED ornaments, Christmas trees and rope lighting in varied materials, finishes, colours, and options for personalised solutions. The installation is to occur in late November and dismantle in early January each year.

Each year Council will work with the Contractor to have a mix of suitable decorations installed to meet that year's budget, using the priced schedule which forms part of this Contract.
