Tender Description
To engage suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the development of a strategic approach and business case for the future of the Merrylands City Centre, which includes a review of Council’s requirement to accommodate all Council staff in one Civic Centre, as well as the existing elements of the project, to ensure that:
* The highest and best use is identified for both of Council’s sites (Memorial Avenue carpark and McFarlane Street redevelopment sites)
* Adequate funds (including developer contributions funds) are available and allocated and
* Risks are mitigated.
