A decision has been made by Newcastle City Council to re-purpose the site of the existing Queens Wharf Tower located at the harbour of Newcastle. The tower does not form part of the future planning for this area therefore there is no longer a need to retain the structure past Q3 of 2018.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to gauge what interest may be in the public domain for the purchase and subsequent removal of the Queens Wharf Tower.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to the Council by the deadline, 2 pm on Tuesday 27 MARCH 2018 (at the Tender Box).

Responsibility for lodgement of completed EOI documents by the deadline lies solely with the Respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the EOI document. Council is not bound to shortlist any EOI submitted.
