Invitation to tender contract; 10009597-EXT1 proposed to road upgrade lot 7 yawalpah road, pimpama
Arcadis Australia pacific pty ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of approximately 1km four lane urban arterial road inc.2 major signalised intersections on yawalpah road, pimpama.
* Four lane urban arterial road, including earthworks, payments, asphalt surfacing, road furniture and foothpaths;
* Associated civil works including stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation, modification/protection to existing infrastructure.
* Electrical works – traffic signals and street lighting
* Landscaping works
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant building, construction and workplace health and safety regulations; CoGC-cityplanV2-SC6.9 land development guidelines and standard specifications and drawings; and SEQ water supply and sewerage design & construction code and standard drawings.
