⁠⁠⁠Request for Applications T19-17/18: Pre-Qualified Supplier Panel - Provision of Wet Plant Hire.

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking applications for the provision of wet plant hire for items of plant as specified in the Request for Application document. It is anticipated that the panel will contain between two (2) and three (3) appointed suppliers per plant category and the panel will be in effect for a period of twelve (12) months as a ranking system panel.

An optional briefing session will be held at 12.00pm on Thursday 15 March 2018 at the Shire’s Council Chambers, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra. The session will detail the operation of pre-qualified supplier panels. Supplier questions will not be answered at this session.

Clarification of application details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 16 March 2018.

The Deadline for applications is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 23 March 2018.

Applications submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late applications will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any application may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential applicant canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the application process.
