Tender Description
This RFT aims to address gaps in after hours disadvantaged services particularly in rural and remote communities. After hours activity is aimed at improving access to available services with a view to preventing inappropriate emergency presentations or avoidable hospital admissions, improving health outcomes for consuemrs and providing a better patient experience.
