Tender Description
Invitations are invited for the submission of ‘Expression of Interest’ applications to agist stock on the Dartbrix Reserve on the Barcaldine/Longreach Road.
All applications will be treated under Government guidelines and the successful applicant will be allowed to stay for 28 days. The area is approximately 1300ha and applicants should familiarise themselves with the fodder and water available.
The applicant will be responsible for the wellbeing of any stock placed on the reserve and may need to provide their own water when and if the local supply is exhausted. Applicants are also responsible for complying with Department of Main Roads standard conditions for stock routes, which is available from the Barcaldine Administration Office.
‘Expressions of Interest’ applications should show the following:
1.Ownership of stock
2.Brands and earmarks of stock
3.Property where stock are coming from
4.Number and gender of stock requiring agistment – maximum of 220 head
