Woolgoolga to Ballina, HW10 Pacific Highway Upgrade, Woolgoolga to Ballina - Section 5 Street Lighting

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified contractors are invited to tender on the construction of a section of the northbound and southbound carriageways on the Pacific Highway from Stn 81,300 to 96,250 (Section 5).

The Works, known as the HW10 Pacific Highway Upgrade, Woolgoolga to Ballina - Section 5 Street Lighting, is for the construction of street lighting at the Yamba, Harwood and Iluka Interchange.

The Contractor shall be accredited under the Electricity Supply Act 1995 and its Regulations to undertake contestable works in the categories required to design the works, complete the contract works, connect the works to the supply network, and effect the handover of the works to the Supply Authority.

This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project.

Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful application being awarded. This is a joint Australian and NSW government funded project.
