Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites tenders from one eligible contractor for completing significant works to one of Council's buildings that will involve the following requirements but not limited to:
* Removal and replacement of Colour-Bond Klip-lock roofing
* Waterproofing concrete sub roof
* Renovations which will include installing new ceiling
* Concrete flooring and waterproofing
* Painting
* Creation of a small office work area
* Supply and installation of compactus storage units for Strathfield Council.
The successful contractor will be engaged by Council and complete these works within a strict deadline.
