NQPHN is seeking to establish a service delivery arrangement for the provision of NQPHN funded psychological/social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) services to clients with moderate intensity needs in mental health/SEWB, specifically with the hard to reach population groups specified in this Tender.

New mental health service delivery capability is sought to address the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in specifed locations listed in this tender. Place-based solutions in the locations listed for specific vulnerable and hard to reach communities who may have difficulties accessing primary mental health providers and subsequent referreal to session-based services due to remote loactions.
