Expressions of Interest Contractors interested in being considered to tender on the following School Project are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the Catholic Schools Office, Newcastle.
St Therese's Primary School, New Lambton
Construction od general learning areas, specialised learning areas, student/staff facilities, and refurbishment of administration building.
Includes demolition of 6 (six) existing classroom buildings and an existing heritage listed school hall. Construction of two double storey classroom buildings, a Learning Centre, two toilet blocks, refurbishment and extension of the existing administration building and associated landscaping work.
Estimated contract value $4.8m.
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
* Current capacity and experience of nominated staff to undertake the works;
* Extensive experience in working on school projects;
* Recently completed projects and suitable references;
* Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of the estimated contract value and scope on time.
