Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors with experience in educational facilities to tender for the construction of an extension to existing administration block, refurbishment of existing administration block and new hard courts. The project is approximately 525m2.
Project completion will be required by early 2019. Contractors will be required to demonstrate experience on projects up to $3 million and indicate suitable capacity to carry out the works. Applicants may be required to submit certified financials for review.
Expression of Interest will close on COB Friday 2nd March 2018.
