Provision of Street Litter Bin & Waste Vehicle Advertising - Separable Parts

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking Tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of fifty (50) permanent fixed Street Litter Bin Surrounds capable of supporting advertising panels on all four sides. Bin surrounds must be capable of housing one 120L MGB (Mobile Garbage Bin) which can be removed from the surrounds for the purposes of emptying.

The bin will need to be encapsulated in the surround via an adequate locking system. Additionally, the Principal is seeking Tenders for the opportunity to apply advertising billboards to both sides of up to ten (10) selected waste vehicles operated by the Principal and to sell advertising opportunities in return for providing a royalty payment to the Principal.

The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:
(a) Separable Part A - Provision of Street Litter Bin Fixed Surrounds with Advertising Capability; and
(b) Separable Part B - Waste Vehicle Advertising.

Tenderers may place a submission for each Separable Part. The Principal reserves the right to accept each Separable Part. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional of the acceptance of any Separable Parts.

The Contract shall be in force for the period of thirty six (36) months from the date of award.
