Kyogle Memorial Institute Hall Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠Works under this Contract comprise all materials, labour and plant in accordance with the attached documentation for:
* Construction of a new Ground Floor Entry
* Construction of a new First Floor Art Gallery
* Construction of a new Lower Ground Floor Emergency Escape Passage
* Modifications to Upper Dress Circle Projector Room
* Optional additional works:
* Option A1: Removal and replacement of Ground Floor Entry Ceiling
* Option A2: Alternative treatment to the Ground Floor Entry Ceiling
* Option B: Install new shop front to Shop B
* Option C: Install new shop front to Shop C
* Option D: Install several new fire compliant door locks and panic bolts
* Option E: Replace Supper Room air-conditioning with new reverse cycle system
* Option F: Install partition wall in new Art Gallery that can double a removable art display stands
* Option G: Repaint First Floor Veranda

The Works and the extent of work to be carried out shall be all as set out and/or described in the attached documentation.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11am AEDT on Wednesday 7 March 2018 at the KMI Hall, Cnr Summerland Way and Stratheden St, Kyogle NSW.
