Air Conditioning System Replacement - Tamworth War Memorial Town Hall, Band Room

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) Entertainment Venues requests quotations for the replacement of the existing electric heat air conditioning system with a reverse cycle Actron Air (or similar) system in the Band Room in Upper Town Hall.

The current 'Carrier', electric heat system's compressor has failed and has resulted in the need to replace the entire unit. The unit is one (1) of three (3) operating on the upper level of Town Hall.

The Band Room is located above the foyer and comprises of two rooms with foyer / hallways. One room is enclosed behind glass.

The Band Room is currently tenanted and will require permission and scheduled site inspections (if required).
