Possible Council Development of Further Industrial and Residential Land
Tender ID: 347582
Tender Details
Tender Description
Council wishes to gauge the demand of interested people who would like to intend to purchase and build on newly released industrial and residential land near Georgetown.
Council has the opportunity to purchase land approximately 3km to the West if Georgetown that could be subdivided into industrial lots between 1ha and 7ha that would be suitable for the development of industries associated with the Grazing and Transport industries or to support the Gilbert River Irrigation Scheme.
These lots would be serviced by a 3 phase power, roads and a water.
An early expression of Interest would result in your specific requirements being included into the design and layout of the lots. The land could be made available by 2020, but will be dependent on the level of interest.
Council is also interested to measure the demand for residential allotments within Georgetown, possibly for the south of town.
Again, an early expression of Interest would result in your specific requirements (e.g lot size) being included into the design and layout of the lots.
Land could be available by 2019 but will be dependent on the level of interest.
