Internal Painting - Glenbrook Residential Aged Care Facility

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this project is to carry out a full internal repaint of the Glenbrook Aged Care facility.

The successful Contractor shall:
* Repair, prepare and re-paint all internal walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, trims and any other previously painted fixtures or built-in items.
* Repair, prepare and re-finish clear finished handrails and timber features.
* Safely move, protect and replace any furniture or other items which are in the way of the painting works.
* Safely move, protect and replace all wall mounted items including art, notice boards and other items.
