Tender Description
The Timber Flooring works are subject to Development Approval.
The scope of works will include all engineering (as required), plant, labour and equipment to complete, but not be limited to, the following works:
* Remove then relay existing floor boards for access to floor voids;
* Repair damaged floor joists and floorboards. Supply and install replacement timber including milling to correct dimensions;
* Sand and oil existing timber floors and stair treads;
* Supply and install new timber flooring; and
* Repair existing timber skirting including supply and install of replacement timber skirtings. Mill timber to match existing profiles
