RFT 2018 040 Minor Works Panel - Streetscape Renewal and Paving.
Council seeks to establish a minor works panel covering the following elements of streetscape paving and upgrades:
* Supply and Install of paving
* Preparation and laying of concrete base slabs
* Demolition and excavation
* Installation of concrete pram ramps, laybacks, and kerb and gutter
* Installation of tactile pavers
* Removal of street sign and installation of sign post sockets with wedge (v lock)
* Night works
* Pit adjustments i.e. installing pit infill on utilities pits and realigning pits to new paver level
* Installation of street furniture
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
The Contract term will be 2 (two) years, with an extension at Council's option of a further 3 (three) periods of 12 (twelve) months.
