Tender Description
The former Auburn RSL Bowling Club is located at 179 Chisholm Road, Auburn (the Site) and the Site has been vacant since January 2011. Over the past seven years the site has been left to deteriorate with the grounds and facilities falling into considerable dis-repair.
Given the Operational classification of this site, Cumberland Council is seeking tender submissions from both community and commercial operators to activate the Site and together with the funds required to rectify its current state into a long term sustainable and useable asset.
The successful operator is expected to enter into a lease or licence agreement with Council for the future use of the Site and tenure of the land for up to 20 years.
